Kibbe con Cous cous.
800 Gr. Carne molida (picada) (se deberia hacer con cordero molido.. aunque yo siempre uso ternera)
1 cebolla pequeña cortada muy fina
7 hojas de menta.
Cous cous.. remojado en agua caliente con sal.
Ponemos la carne en un bol y la aliñamos con sal, la cebolla picadita y las hojas de menta picaditas de igual manera, luego cuando el cous cous haya crecido se lo incorporamos y amasamos. Extendemos en una bandeja para horno un poco aceitada... Hacemos unos cortes con una espatula para que no se peguen los trozos,y en cada corte ponemos aceite de oliva.. asi evitamos que se una la carne nuevamente..
Se mete al horno.. hasta que este doradito.... no se pasen de horno para que no se seque demasiado.. yo lo dejo unos 7 min maximo 10....
Esta carne sirve para rellenar las Pitas o pan arabe
