Estas patatas ya estan publicadas anteriormente en este blog, son un maravilloso acompañamiento con cualquier plato y en mi busqueda de ahorrar tiempo decidi hacerlas con TRUCO..... Y ha sido un EXITO!!
Pelar las patatas y atravesarlas con un palito de brocheta para que nos sirva de tope, cortar laminas finas y ponerlas en un bol apto para microondas... meterlas 5 min a maxima potencia, sacar del micro el bol y mover las patatas un poco y poner 3 minutos mas, Ojo: Las patatas no tienen que quedar cocidas en el micro, solo pretendemos acelerar el proceso de horneado, asi que con este tiempo de micro es suficiente, al sacarlas estaran crudas aun.
Luego engrasar un molde de horno y colocar las patatas con mimo, poner sal GRUESA, TOMILLO y aceite de oliva por encima y poner al horno a proximadamente 20 o 30 minutos (hasta que al pinchar esten tiernas, cada horno es un mundo) a 200 º placas de arriba y abajo para que tambien gratinen, han de quedar doraditas.
Ven... como ayuda el truco en lugar de 1 hora y 15 min que pone la receta original, hemos reducido a 20 o 30 minutos el tiempo de coccion... Y estan Igual de buenas!!!
Aqui acompañadas con pollo con ciruelas y piñones (en aves esta la receta) y unos pimientos del piquillo al ajillo...
